What did this study find?
Frontline healthcare workers received heart rate variability biofeedback delivered remotely. Depression, anxiety and stress scores fell significantly and heart rate variability rose across the intervention period. Both study groups improved, however, so the design does not separate the biofeedback effect from time, attention and general support.
