Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 15 days of our receiving the returned device.
How to start a return
Contact customer support at info@bioreg.us to request a Return Authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without a Return Authorization cannot be processed.
