    Understanding PEMF Parameters

    • Frequency (Hz): Lower frequencies (1-10 Hz) tend to be relaxing and parasympathetic-activating. Higher frequencies (10-30 Hz) are more energizing and suited for acute conditions.
    • Intensity (microTesla): Clinical-grade devices operate at 50-400+ microTesla. Higher isn't always better; match intensity to the condition and patient tolerance.
